Catherine Kiani
Catherine founded Elderberry Ventures to help founders solving high-consequence problems in healthcare. Immersed in MedTech company building, healthcare policy, law, venture investing, and strategic M&A, she built a fund designed to surround founders with the partners, operators, and clinicians who can accelerate their path from idea to outcome.
She holds a JD from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and has served in roles across the White House, StartUp Health, Cota Capital, Evercore Partners, and Paul Hastings LLP.

Joe Kiani
Joe Kiani is the Founder and Executive Chairman of Willow Laboratories, a health and wellness innovator advancing noninvasive monitoring and reinventing diabetes care. Prior to Willow, he founded Masimo in 1989 and led it from a garage startup to a publicly traded medical technology company with a peak valuation of $17 billion. He holds more than 600 patents and co-invented measure-through-motion pulse oximetry, technology now used to monitor over 200 million patients each year. Joe serves on the boards of Rady Children's Hospital, the Susan & Henry Samueli College of Health Sciences at UC Irvine, Scripps Research, and Caltech.
